Duco Capital acquires Top Promotions, Inc.

Minneapolis, Minnesota - Duco Capital is pleased to announce the acquisition of Top Promotions, Inc., which closed on June 30th, 2023. The company, located in Middleton Wisconsin, was founded in 1983 and became a wholly owned subsidiary of Industries for the Blind and Visually Impaired (IBVI) in 2012. Top Promotions is a promotional product distribution and manufacturing leader in the Wisconsin region with a national presence and exceptional capabilities in screen printing and embroidery. Duco is excited to continue and build upon Top Promotion’s strong reputation and aggressively grow the business throughout the region and expanding nationally.

Duco Capital has backed CEO and original owner, Craig Reisdorf in repurchasing the business from IBVI. “Duco has been great to work with throughout this transition.  We are beyond excited about the future of Top Promotions!” said Craig, who committed significant personal capital alongside his management team in the transaction. Duco and Craig are looking forward to pursuing both organic and inorganic opportunities to grow and create a premier promotional products company.
