    We target niche manufacturers that address a unique segment of the market and benefit from domestic production. As we have no plans to outsource the production of our portfolio companies, it is critical that we are able to justify growing and expanding locally.

  • Exceptional People

    We believe that people are a company’s most important asset. We are looking for business owners who have taken care to cultivate a strong company culture and are personally invested in finding the right leaders to continue their legacy.

Investment Criteria

  • Companies with $1-4mm in EBITDA, or around $10-40mm in Revenue

  • Niche manufacturing in a wide variety of B2B and B2C industries, along with food and chemical manufacturing

  • Located in the Upper Midwest, with a strong preference for Minnesota, Wisconsin, and the eastern Dakotas

  • Ownership looking to exit entirely from the business, open to senior leadership transitions

  • Sustainable and consistent revenue growth with an opportunity to grow both revenue and margins
